Glowbus offers three sizes:

• Dewdrop M: ~65 cm diameter × 100 cm high; ideal for 1–5 people
• Dewdrop L: ~80 cm diameter × 120 cm high; most popular choice, perfect for 4–12 people 
• Dewdrop XL: ~100 cm diameter × 150 cm high; suited for 8–25 people, large gardens, parks, or premium venues 

• Made from durable corten steel (weathering steel), about 8× more durable than regular steel thanks to its protective oxide (rust) layer
• Withstands extreme temperatures from −1000 °C to +1000 °C and wind speeds up to 200 km/h (125 mph)   Designed to live outdoors and be enjoyed all year round in every season.

• M and L versions can be tipped and rolled to reposition them
• The XL model is very heavy (~425 kg) and usually requires mechanical equipment to move.

• Standard model burns wood.
• Optional bio‑ethanol kit (EcoSmart Fire burner, for seamless integration) available for M and L models only (not XL), giving a clean, ash-free alternative.  Can be added or removed as modular by design.

• Yes, absolutely — we recommend adding the DropShield accessory, which sits discreetly beneath the Dewdrop to help insulate against heat transfer from the fire’s base to the surface below.
• Using the DropShield is recommended during the initial months to prevent staining, as the natural patina process of corten steel may cause runoff that can mark the surface beneath the firepit.

Yes, during initial oxidization, corten steel may discolor sensitive surfaces when wet. Recommended to place on sand, gravel, or grass, or use a Glowbus Dewdrop Shield carpet to protect vulnerable surfaces.  Advisable to purchase the Dropshield matt accessory, place under Dewdrop fire to protect & insulate the floor surface against rust & heat transfer.

Very little:

• Remove ashes if not in use for extended periods.
• No other regular upkeep needed.

Yes! Text or logo engraving (up to ~25 or ~35 characters or logo depending on source) can be added to the baseplate for a personal touch. Please note this is special factory order, will be an additional delivery timeframe to be advised at time of order placement.

• Delivery, once order placed we will contact you to agree delivery day suitable for an AM or PM delivery slot, we endeavor to keep the entire Glowbus Collection in UK stock usual delivery time is 7-10 days. Our forwarding agents Shakespeare Transport will complete the delivery by tail lift lorry and pallet truck for a kerbside drop off.  All Dewdrops are lovely packaged on a pallet, shrink wrapped with waterproof over cover, featuring your contact details incase driver needs them to locate you during delivery period.
