All Glowbus® products are protected by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes warping, cracking, or failures in craftsmanship under normal use.

Glowbus® uses premium durable corten steel, designed to withstand weathering—rust is part of its character, not a defect.

How to Make a Claim

• Contact your authorised Glowbus® dealer or Glowbus customer service via Glowbus.co.uk
• Provide your purchase date, product description, and photos highlighting the issue.

We'll assess and:

• Repair or replace your product, free of charge, if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Conditions

• The warranty begins on the date of purchase.
• Valid only for original owners who purchased through authorised dealers or the official Glowbus® webshop.

Does not cover:

• Normal surface corrosion or rust patina typical of corten steel.
• Damage from improper use, accidents, neglect, or alterations.
• Cosmetic changes due to weather exposure or intentional modification.
